Mr. Roger Sullivan, LCSW, Director of Access at Good Shepherd Hospice, was nominated by the Hospice and Palliative Care of New York State (HPCANYS) to the position of Trustee on the Hospice & Palliative Care Association of New York State Board of Trustees for a three year term.

The Most Reverend William Murphy, Bishop of the Diocese of Rockville Centre, visited the recently opened Good Shepherd Hospice in Port Jefferson to bless the facility and its patients.
 
Girl Scouts Donate 2000 Blankets!
Girl Scouts of Suffolk County presented the Good Shepherd Hospice Inpatient Center with more than 2,000 handmade fleece blankets.
