Good Shepherd Hospice Center at St. Charles Hospital
The Hospice Center at Port Jefferson features 16 private patient rooms as well as a comfortable environment for visitors with a gathering pavilion, kitchen and dining area, and sun room. Certified Hospice and Palliative Care staff are standing by to provide care in this state-of-the-art facility that has the look and feel of a home setting.

Patient Room
Sample of one of the sixteen private patient rooms, each room has an emergency Nurse Call System, private bathroom with a shower, 32” television, phone, storage furnishings for personal belongings and sleeper furniture should a visitor want to stay the night.

Spa / Salon Room
The Hospice Center at Port Jefferson features a Spa / Salon Room that has a state of the art spa tub that accommodate even a bed ridden patient, and a shampoo sink.

Chapel
The Hospice Center at Port Jefferson has a Interfaith Chapel which is just one of the many special spaces that a visitor or patient can retreat to for quiet time and meditation.

Gathering Pavilion
The Hospice Center at Port Jefferson has many private seating areas for visitors to converse, watch television, read, or just relax. The Gathering Pavilion boasts an entry way with a 540 gallon salt water aquarium and a double sided fireplace.
